Warranty Conditions
This limited warranty applies to any purchase from YNM Home, provided that the item(s) was purchased from the website ynmhome.com is valid from exactly 1 year from the date of purchase, based on a valid proof of purchase.
What does this limited warranty cover ?
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period YNM Home will repair, replace at no charge (A shipping charge for return exchanges may apply) for the product(s) or parts of the product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems ?
YNM Home will either repair the product, or replace the product at no charge form the product(s).
How long does the coverage last ?
The warranty period for YNM Home weighted blankets is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part automatically assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.
What does this 1 Year warranty NOT cover ?
This YNM Home 1 year warranty does not cover any problems that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage due to wrong use of the product
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage due to contact with bleach
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage due to contact with pets
- Items that are damaged due to intentional misuse, accidental damage or general wear and tear
What do you have to do ?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@ynmhome.com with a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt), images or video proof of the damage and as the second step you will be required to return the product back to us, address details will be given on email, upon request.
We are not responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.
Furthermore, we are also not liable for products lost or damaged in transit on the way back therefore we recommend that use of a tracked shipping option and to purchase shipping insurance if possible.
Upon receipt of the product we will inspect the returned product and provide the most suitable solution for your case, provided it fulfils the conditions above.
