The dimension of a weighted blanket's compartment significantly impacts weight distribution, product durability, and sleep quality as the beads are filled inside each "pocket". In the first version of weighted blankets (2016-2017), an 8x8 inch compartment was utilized. In 2019, we progressed to "weighted blankets 2.0," and adopted a more refined 5x5 inch compartment design. In 2023, YNM designed the latest version, weighted blankets 3.0, which refines the 5x5 inch compartment into a precise 2x2 inch pattern and got a new patent.

The new upgraded weighted blanket with 2x2 inch small compartments production technique prevents weight shifting and eliminates the risk of bead leakage, ensuring even weight distribution throughout the blanket. This advancement ensures consistent weight distribution across the entire weighted blanket, elevating sleep comfort to the next level. Additionally, it extends the blanket's lifespan by at least 2 years. We named it "YNM Exclusive Collection" which guarantees the weight stays put and the fillers and beads stay in.
