#1 Too Heavy?

Science recommends choosing a weighted blanket that's approximately 10% of your body weight plus one pound. However, this ideal weight might feel too heavy during your first few days of use as your body adjusts to the deep pressure stimulation. This adaptation period is completely normal - everyone adjusts at their own pace. We encourage you to give it a few more nights. You might be pleasantly surprised as you begin experiencing the full benefits.

#2 Too small?

Weighted blankets aren’t designed to drape over the edges of your bed. Instead, they focus the weight where it’s needed most—on you! That’s why weighted blankets are much smaller than regular ones. A queen-sized weighted blanket will barely cover a queen mattress, but don’t worry—it’s not the wrong size!

If you prefer the look of a weighted blanket draping over the edges of your bed, opt for a size larger than your mattress. Sizes like 80" x 87" or 88" x 104" will give you that stylish overhang—just be prepared for a slightly higher cost.!
